TI-Asia Pacific Regional Meeting and Asia Pacific integrity Conference was hosted by TI Taiwan from in Taipei and Tainan cities from 25 – 28 June 2018. The event was attended by 19 TI chapters from Asia Pacific region. On 25 June 2018, the integrity conference was held in Shih-Hsin University. Taiwan’s Prime Minister Mr. Lai Ching-te welcomed the participants and told them about his government anti-corruption efforts.

The objectives of Asia Pacific Regional Meeting were to knowledge exchange, experience sharing across the Asia Pacific region through peer learning and regional networking, and brainstorming anti-corruption practices. It also focused on collective action and regional advocacy for regional common good. The meeting also helped sharing achievements of the chapters on priority work across the region. During the meeting proceedings, all the chapters gave innovative talks on the initiatives they had taken in their countries. It had been a great learning and way to sharing valuable experience among the chapters.
