An annual members meeting was held on 7th October 2010, by Transparency International Pakistan at Hotel Marriott, Karachi.
The minutes of the last annual member’s meeting and the interim meeting were confirmed by the members.


 Mr. Saad Rashid Executive Director, TI-P addressed the gathering and also gave a presentation on the activities of TI-Pakistan since the last members meeting and the outcomes of certain initiatives taken by TI-P.


Mr. Adil Gilani, Chairman TI-P, also briefed the members regarding the Anti Fraud Hotline agreement with USAID and explained its importance in Pakistan.  Ms. Nargis Mirza gave a presentation on ALAC and shared some of the success stories with the members which were well appreciated. Ms .Zareen Zahid also gave a brief account about the different activities of the anti corruption project phase II, including the projects details of YinG, CVOC and procurement.


The Audit Report for the period ending June 2010 was presented to the members. Queries from the members were answered by Mr Saad Rashid, Executive Director. After deliberations the audit report was approved by the members.


Some new members were nominated to the Advisory Committee.


The forum was then opened for discussion Members requested information and clarifications which were provided by Mr Syed Adil Gilani and Mr Saad Rashid. The interaction between the members helped in generating some useful suggestions that were noted.
