Cvoc's Coverage on Different Websites
TI-Pakistan’s program “Child’s View of Corruption” got international appreciation and recognition as international media gave coverage to the said program by publishing it on their websites.
America’s National Public Radio’s team conducted interview of TI-P’s Executive Director, Mr. Saad Rashid, about the impact of corruption on children, the response to the competition and the mindset of people about this evil.
The interview along with some of the winning entries was featured on the Morning Edition of the radio which is the most listened morning news programme in the United States. These posters can be viewed on http://www.npr.org/blogs/pictureshow/2010/05/26/127139118/pakistaniart.
On June 14th, 2010 an e-newspaper also published the interview of Transparency International Pakistan’s Executive Director about the “Child’s View of Corruption” program. The Morning News, a New York based e-newspaper, published some posters along with Mr. Saad Rashid’s interview on their website
http://themorningnews.org/archives/galleries/picturing_corruption. Mr. Mike Deri Smith took the interview where he covered areas including daily life’s problems, efforts made by the government to curb corruption and the idea and philosophy behind this project.
